Peacefully at the Kings County Memorial Hospital the passing of Betty Ann Steele (Nee Stevens) age 74 of Georgetown, devoted wife of the late Michael T. Steele occurred on Saturday, February 18, 2017 with her children by her side. Born in Georgetown November 27, 1942, she was the daughter of the late Benjamin and Wilena (McCullom) Stevens. Betty Ann is survived by her loving children Timmy Stevens (Judy), Terri Steele (Myles), Paige Steele; seven cherished grandchildren Damien (Jen), Michael, Blake, Jennifer, Felicity, Abigail, Ethan; one adored great grandson Lucas; brother Frank; sisters Cattie, Jeanie; numerous cousins, nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by sisters Margie, Maizie, Flossie; brothers Willie, Lornie, Harry, Bubby, Teddy and brother-in-law Earl Steele.

No Visiting by personal request. Funeral Service to be held in the Ferguson Logan Montague Funeral Home Chapel on Friday, February 24 at 4:00 pm. Interment to take place in St. James Cemetery, Georgetown at a later date. In lieu of flowers donations to Canadian Mental Health or a Charity of choice would be appreciated.
