The death occurred at the Dr. John M. Gillis Memorial Lodge on January, 12, 2018 of  Bertha Mae Clay, age 85, formerly of Bridgetown, beloved wife of the late Brian Clay. Born in Georgetown, she was the daughter of the late Elmer and Annie (Campbell) Llewellyn. Bertha will be sadly missed by her loving daughters, Elaine (Bruce) MacLennan, Nancy (Alan) MacDonald, Bertha (Boyde) MacDonald; 8 cherished grandchildren and 10 adored great grandchildren; brother Roy Llewellyn, dear friends Maggie and Greg Campbell; sister-in-law Jennie Llewellyn; brother-in-law Miles Matheson; many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her son Derek; sisters, Hattie, Lila, Ella, Carrie; brothers Warren, Leeman and Bruce.

Resting at Ferguson Logan Montague Funeral Home with visiting on Sunday, January 14th from 6 to 9 pm. Funeral Service to take place in the Funeral Home Chapel on Monday, January 15th at 2 pm. Interment to take place in the Dundas Acorn Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, donations to the Kings County Memorial Hospital, Perrins Villa Residents Activity Fund or Gillis Lodge Residents Activity Fund would be appreciated.
