On Monday, May 13, 2019, the peaceful passing of Rankin Keenan occurred at home with family by his side. Beloved husband of the late Emily (MacLean) Keenan. Born December 4, 1937 in Murray River, he was the son of the late Clifford and Dolina (Rankin) Keenan. Rankin will be greatly missed by his loving daughters Kerrilee (Alan) Bell, Karen (Juddy) Crossman, Mary Lou (Allan) MacLeod; grandchildren Tristan Ohl and Colby Crossman, Krystal (Gordon) MacKay; great grandchildren Kaydence and Owen MacKay; sister Marilyn (Wendell) Drake. Rankin will also be missed by his faithful furry companion Ellie. He was predeceased by daughter Julie; granddaughter Emma, sister Gail; niece Sascha; son-in-law Brian Ohl.

Resting at Ferguson Logan Montague Funeral Home with visiting on Saturday May 18th from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 pm. Funeral Service to take place in the Funeral Home Chapel on Sunday May 19th at 3 pm. Interment to follow in the Murray River Cemetery. Donations to Emma’s Cupboard or Murray River Cemetery would be appreciated.

St. Andrew's Lodge # 13, will hold a Masonic Service Saturday, May 18 at 9:00 pm, following the visiting hours at the Funeral Home.

Funeral Service will be Live Streamed for those who can't make it. There will be a black camera on the left hand side of the obituary. If you open that at 2:50 pm on Sunday, it will open live to the chapel.
