At the Souris Hospital, the passing of Claude Bernatchez age 57, of Montague occurred on Tuesday, April 7, 2020 with family by his side. Born in Montreal, March 14, 1963 son of the late Edouard and Denise (Bouchard) Bernatchez. Claude is survived by children, Dylan (Kristina) Veld, Kisha Veld, Kyle (Elizabeth) Anderson, Darius Veld, Kristen Wight and best friend and mother of the children, Peggy Veld; sister, Chantal (Luc) Bernatchez; cherished grandchildren, Daxyn, Hunter, Austen, Zach, Lexi, Hannah and Christopher; nephew, Maxime, nieces Claudia and Melanie.
