Dingwell, Charles P.- Peacefully at his home, surrounded by his loving family, Charles P. Dingwell in his 78th year,  Head Of Montague, devoted husband of Katherine (Campbell) Dingwell, occurred on Tuesday, April 15, 2014. Born October 16, 1936, in Bay Fortune, PE, he was a son of the late Elliot Charles And Ruth (Clapp) Dingwell. Charles was a long time employee for the Province of New Brunswick, Member and Volunteer to the Church of Christ and a dedicated Volunteer to the local Foodbank.  Besides his devoted wife Katherine, Charles is survived by and will be greatly missed by his loving children Shirley (David) Killam, Karen Dingwell, Wendy (Mark) Dingwell-Wilson, Richard (Gene) Dingwell, Carl (Natasha McLean) Dingwell; brothers Leith Dingwell, Roger (Kay) Dingwell, David (Dessie) Dingwell; ten cherished grandchildren Peter, Carling, Chris, James, Heidi, Christina, Jordan, Ashley, Brandon and Niall; six cherished great grandchildren Hunter, Corey, Colten, Rylee, Sawyer and Annandale; numerous nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by brothers Jackie, Bill, Brian; sister Joy and Beloved Gam Lilla Dingwell.

Resting at Ferguson Logan Montague Funeral Home, with visiting hours on Friday, April 18, 2014, from 6 to 9 pm. Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, April 19, 2014 at the Church Of Christ, Montague at 2:00 pm., with Ben Abbott officiating. Interment to take place in Acorn Cemetery, Dundas at a later date. In lieu of flowers donations to the charity of choice would be appreciated.
