At the Kings County Memorial Hospital, with family by his side the passing of Alfred Raymond Foote "Pop" of Montague occurred on Friday, March 20, 2015. Born in Midland, NFLD on September 24, 1938, he was the son of Wesley and Margaret (Clark) Foote. Alfred is survived by special friend Linda (Foote) Lannigan mother of Gerry (Wendy) Foote, Alfie (Marlene) Foote, Toni Lannigan (her Pop). Also children Tracey Blaisdelle, Ivan Foote, Kelly Foote, Ada MacLean; cherished grandchildren A. J. Foote, Chandler Foote, Jesse Foote, Riley Nangraves, several other grandchildren and great grandchildren; close family friends Corey Campbell and Dennis Lannigan; brothers and sister Ada (Floyd) Porter, Wilson (Gladys) Foote, Ivan (Elaine) Foote, Johnny (Wannetta) Foote; sisters-in-law Jean and Loretta; several cousins, nieces and nephews. Alfred was predeceased by brothers Freeman, Nelson, Roland (Marion) and one grandson Jamie Lee Foote.

Resting at Ferguson Logan Montague Funeral Home with visiting on Thursday, March 26, 2015 from 2 to 3 p.m. Funeral  will be in the Funeral Home Chapel at 3:30 p.m. Donations to the Children’s Wish Foundation would be appreciated.
