Peacefully on June 29, 2018 at his residence William "Bill" Charles White passed away at the age of 80. Born June 25, 1938, in Sarnia, Ont. he was the son of the late Charles and Annie (Boulton) White. Bill is survived by his beloved wife Anne, and their loving children Mark (Ellen), Eric, Susan and her special friend John, Barbara; cherished grandchildren Ryan, Erin (Ben), Kailey, Joshua (Amanda), Simonne, Christina (fiance) Kyle and one great grandson Axel; sister Margaret Thibodeau (Bob).

Bill graduated from the University  of Michigan with a degree in aeronautical engineering and then received a masters degree  in business administration.  He worked at Pratt Whitney in East Hartford Ct.  for 29 years and was area director for all of Japan for 10 years. He enjoyed  being  a coach of his boys hockey teams and was also a boy scout leader  and a coach  for the girls town softball team.  Bill had promised Anne he would her back to Canada not to Ontario but to Prince Edward Island. Bill built their home and made their yard lovely  to sit and work in. He spent  almost 58 years  of married life with Anne and going to together for 6 years before that. He enjoyed his life on the island with Anne and his dog Lil.

Resting at Ferguson Logan Montague Funeral Home with visiting on Thursday, July 5th, from 1 to 2:00pm. Funeral Service to follow visitation in the Funeral Home Chapel at 2:30pm.. Interment to follow in the Murray Harbour Cemetery. Donations to Kings County Memorial Hospital, Memorial United Church, Murray River, or Murray Harbour Fire Department would be appreciated.
