At the Kings County Memorial Hospital Montage on Saturday December 29th, 2018 the passing of David John Butler age 75 occurred with family by his side. Born in Charlottetown, October 14th, 1943 he was the son of the late Harold and Agnes (McGuigan) Butler. David is survived by his companion Leanne Croucher, two children David Butler, Dale (Ray) Linthorne and granddaughter Erika. Brothers and sisters; Barney (Norma) Butler, Kathy (Allan) Martin and Lorraine Mahar. Besides his parents David was predeceased by brothers Bob, Teddy, Lemmie; sisters Rose and Sandra.

A private friends and family visitation will be held on Thursday January 3rd, 2019 from 9:00 am till 9:40 am. Funeral service will be at 10:00 am from the Ferguson Logan Montague Funeral Home Chapel. Memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
