At the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, the passing of Gordon E. MacDonald age 85 of Cardigan, devoted husband of the late Audrey (MacDougall) MacDonald, occurred on Wednesday, January 5, 2022. Born in Montague, May 27, 1936, he was the son of the late James Allen and Christina (Hume) MacDonald. Gordon is survived by children Gordon (Duriana) MacDonald Jr., Jimmy (Judy) MacDonald; sister Marguerite Aitken; many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Predeceased by sister, Muriel Shaw.

Gordon will be forever remembered by his family and friends.
