It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of David Fildes, 75, of Montague, at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, on December 25, 2021, surrounded by the love of his family. Beloved husband to Michele (Dupuis) and devoted and cherished father to Megan (Haiti Tynes) and Ian (Sandra Fildes). David is also survived by sister Sue (Steve) Markendale, Manchester England, sister-in-law Susan (Doug) Dupuis, Toronto, nieces Sarah, Toronto, Vanessa (Owen) and Lucinda (Steven), England, and lifelong friend James McConnell.
Predeceased by parents John and Olive (Jones) Fildes, in-laws Frank and Mae Dupuis and brother-in-law David Dupuis.

We are so grateful to have shared a life with this remarkable man. He will be greatly missed.
