Suddenly,
with heavy hearts, the family of David Stewart Vincent age 68
announces his passing in Halifax, on Friday, June 24, 2022, with
family by his side. Born in Charlottetown, January 8, 1954, son of the
late Alfred and Dorothy (Gillis) Vincent. Survived by his loving wife
and best friend of 49 years to Clara (MacLean)Vincent; children Shawn
(Karen) Vincent, Denise (Paul) Conway; cherished grandchildren,
Jonathan, Brady, Carson, Zachary, Ella; special friends, Omair, Kara
and Khadija ; sisters, Sharon (Peter) Woloschuk, Wendy (Stanley)
Nicholson, Nancy (Stewart) MacLean; nieces and nephews.
David was a kind, hardworking,
devoted husband, father and friend. He enjoyed the outdoors, hunting
working and mostly his gold wing trike with Clara on back riding for
multiple charities and events. He was an avid member of the gold wing
club and was chapter director for PEI up to his passing. He had a soft
spot in his heart for kids, and lately a little girl Khadija, which
called him grampie David, and her parents Omair and Kara who call him
dad.
Resting at Ferguson Logan
Funeral Home in Montague, with visiting on Monday, June 27, 2022 from
6 to 8 pm. Funeral Service to be held in the Funeral Home Chapel on
Tuesday, June 28, 2022 at 1:00 pm with live streaming. Interment to
take place in the Belfast Cemetery.
