It is with deep sadness and heartache that we the family of Randy (Randall) Roy Richards age 62, of Lower Montague, formerly Murray Harbour, loving husband to Debbie ( nee MacSwain) Richards announce his peaceful passing with family by his side, at the Kings County Memorial Hospital on Monday January 16, 2023. Born in Charlottetown, September 29, 1960, son of the late Randall and Annie (nee O’Connor) Richards. Survived by Debbie’s daughters, Rachel (Shawn Anderson) MacSwain, Jessica Collings; grandchildren, Tori (Denver Mahar) MacSwain and Liam Anderson; sisters, Esther (Dougie, deceased)  Martell, Gail (Guy) MacKenzie, Irene (Kelly) Holt, Donna Richards, Peggy (Dave Demoe) Richards, Aunt Edith (John, deceased) Young; Aunt Cathy (Boyd, deceased) Richards, mothers-in-law, Beth MacSwain and Glenda MacSwain; sisters-in-law Alice Jean (Tom McKenzie) Walker, Virginia (Jerry Morin) Jackson, Donna (Jamie Clarey) MacSwain, Sherry (Nick) Sheppard and brother-in-law Michael (Pamela Fitzpatrick) MacSwain, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Predeceased by his parents, Randall and Annie (nee O'Connor) Richards, father-in-law Preston MacSwain, sister-in-law Nancy MacSwain, and several aunts and uncles on both sides.

By personal request Randy wished for no visitation or Service.
