The interment for Ralph McGuigan will happen on Saturday, June 13 at 10:00 am, in St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery, Montague. All are Welcome

At the Dr. John M. Gillis Lodge, Ralph McGuigan passed away on Saturday, January 17, 2026 at the age of 85 with family by his side. Born in Cardigan, on June 2, 1940, son of the late Jack and Cecily (nee MacGee) McGuigan.

Ralph will be forever missed by his loving children, Kathy (David) Kenny, Joanne McGuigan, Kevin (Nancy) McGuigan, Anita McGuigan, Amanda (Jason) Laverty; son-in-law, Lawrence O’Brien; cherished grandchildren, Kelly Lynn, Justin, Dylan, Quentin, Jake, Brent, Amy, Aliya, Chelsea, Alex, Ella, Sybil, Sebastian; adored great grandchildren, Quentin, Lyric, Chevelle, Damon, Ezra, Vivienne, and Joziah. Predeceased by his beloved wife Clara (nee Ronaghan); daughter Theresa O’Brien; brothers, Norbert and Melvin; sisters, Doris, Winnifred, Beatrice, Eileen, and Bernice. 

Resting at Ferguson Logan Funeral Home with no visiting hours by personal request. Funeral Mass to be celebrated from St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Montague, on Tuesday, January 20, 2026 at 2 pm.
