On Saturday, July 11, 2026, our beloved mother, Judith Diane Fogarty, passed peacefully into eternal rest.

We take comfort in knowing she is reunited with the love of her life, Albert Fogarty, and with her cherished son, Al Fogarty.

Her greatest joy was her family, and everything she did was done with love and devotion.

Mom leaves behind her children and grandchildren; Tracey Bennett (John), Bob Fogarty (Donna), Kerri Fogarty, and Kelly Cantelo (Paul). She was a devoted grandmother to Jake and Ally Bennett, Patrick Lank and Marie Fogarty, Gavin, Jay and Erin Fogarty, Garrett Sutherland, and Julia and Sophie Cantelo, all of whom brought her immense pride and happiness.

She was the daughter of the late Eugene and Francis McCabe and sister of the late John McCabe. She is survived by her sister, Joan McClintock, brother, Russel McCabe, and nephews Scott, Mark, Luke, and Shawn.

Mom courageously faced Alzheimer's disease with the unwavering love and support of Dad, her family, and friends. Since 2019, she was lovingly cared for at the Prince Edward Home, for which we are deeply grateful. Resting at Ferguson-Logan Montague Funeral Home until the funeral mass at Church of All Saints, Cardigan, at 11:00am on Friday, July 17, 2026. Burial will follow in All Saints Parish Cemetery.
