At the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Charlottetown, the passing of Cecil "Parker" Buchanan, age 77, of Roseneath, occurred on Wednesday, May 8, 2024. Born in Montague on October 19, 1946, son of the late Cecil and Florence (Parker) Buchanan. Survived by son Wallie Buchanan; grandchildren, Kirsten, Jenna, and special niece Melody McCarron. Predeceased by brothers Donald and Raymond Buchanan.

Resting at Ferguson Logan Montague Funeral Home with visiting on Monday, May 13 from 5 to 7 pm. Funeral Service to be held on Tuesday, May 14, 2024 at 3:00 pm, from St. Andrews Presbyterian Church, Cardigan. Interment to follow in the Church Cemetery.
